ECED Meetings
Weekly ECED meetings
ECED meetings occur every Monday afternoon at 4pm, video conferenced from the Blackford Room (RIE Postgraduate Education Centre) to the Padfield Room (WGH Metabolic Unit) and other centres across South East Scotland. An additional diabetes meeting occurs on the first Monday morning of every month (8:30am).

An up to date version of the ECED meeting rota is held in the shared drive \\rie-app1 in the 'Thyroid MDM' folder. If you do not have access to this shared drive you can apply using a NHS Lothian User ID Request Form (available on the NHS Lothian intranet).
Monthly pituitary MDM
The pituitary MDM occurs on a Friday afternoon (2pm) in the DCN radiology seminar room (WGH). Cases should be submitted in advance to Dr Stuart Ritchie.
Monthly thyroid/endocrine MDM
The thyroid/endocrine MDM is a monthly element of Monday ECED meetings. All cases should be submitted using the following referral form:
